(IN: 28216407) (further referred to as “Administrators” or any of them individually as “Administrator”), whose main business activity is participation in the preparation and implementation of development projects in the Czech Republic, including the provision of related products and services (further referred to as “Activity”), we would like to inform you of our intention to process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrators’ Activities.
We are interested in processing your personal data for marketing purposes (especially for the purpose of sending newsletters, business messages and information about the Activities of Administrators, implemented development projects, etc.) due to improving services and informing customers about news in our offered services and activities (Activities of Administrators).
If you are already a customer, i.e., this is not your first contact with the Administrators, we will process your personal data for marketing purposes on the basis of the Administrators’ legitimate interests in improving their services and promoting their Activities. You can revoke your consent at any time or object to the processing of your personal data or exercise other rights arising from applicable legislation in connection with the processing of your personal data or from the Document.
The Administrators do not intend to transfer personal data to third countries, outside the countries to which the Adequacy decision has been issued (e.g., Jersey, see the decision of the European Commission No. 2008/393/ES from 8.5.2008).
