The Linea Pura project (translated as “clean line”) located in the center of Dolní Holešovice, near Holešovice Market Square and Vltava River, houses 75 one-story and duplex apartments from 1 bedroom layouts to spacious apartments with large terraces. The idea behind the project is to treat each apartment as an almost individual house in the center of Prague with privacy afforded on the terraces, which are connected to orangeries, private parking in front of each apartment entrance and non-traditional interconnection of interiors into one architecturally harmonious whole.

Due to the modern heating and cooling technologies via heat pumps and underground wells, the operational costs lower significantly throughout the entire building and emissions equal to zero.
